On Sunday, MTV held their 2011 Movie Awards complete with red carpet fashions and all the gossip that is associated with it. One young star that I have loved to watch evolve over the years is Mila Kunis. Known for her spunky, somewhat conceited character, Jackie Burkhart on That 70’s Show, she came onto the teen scene at only 14 years old and stayed in the roll for eight seasons. She has since gone on to do some superb acting in big movies such as “The Book of Eli” and the ever-famous “Black Swan”.
Although Mila was only nominated for one award in Sunday’s event (Best Kiss… with Natalie Portman…. don’t ask.) she actually chose not to walk the Red Carpet with the other stars. It didn’t matter though. MTV still named hers one of the top 10 looks of the night. And honestly? It deserved to be! It was uncomplicated, classy, trendy, and oh so Mila! She kept it simple with an elongated scrunched black top bringing the focus to the heavily textured silver and gold metallic miniskirt.
