Hi Ladies,

I found this site when I was looking for an invitation to Pinterest.  It looks like you are all "in" already :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  But in case someone else pops by and is desperately looking like I was, I got signed up at this site www.pinterest-invites.com

I hope I just saved someone hours of searching!  Then I will feel like my suffering was worth-while :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I use it as a way to stimulate ideas and creativity, much like tearing pages out of a magazine.

For some reason it just doesn't appeal to me.

I'm not too sure about Pinterest. Whats so great about it?

I use it because I hate Tumblr, which is too disorganized for my taste. It's easier to follow people who have the same interests as me, since you can follow individual boards rather than everything the user posts. For example, if someone has a kittens board, you an only follow that board- rather than being forced to follow everything the user posts in case they're interested in both kittens and, I don't know... S&M.

I have the attention span of a gnat and have been using Pinterest for over a year, whereas I got bored/ frustrated with Tumbler after a couple of weeks.

It's also really interesting to see what's being repinned. I have a Dr. Suess quote that was repinned 240 times in the last week for some reason.

I think I'm gonna have to check it out.
