Microdermabrasion :

A non-invasive, superficial cosmetic procedure that produces changes in tone and texture of facial skin. The UltraPeel Microdermabrasion unit utilizes a jet of fine micro crystals that are vacuumed across the skin. Several treatments of microdermabrasion can improve pigmentation, dull/dry skin, plugged pores, and mild acne.

A cosmetic procedure in which all or part of the stratum corneum is removed by light abrasion, used to improve the appearance of sun-damaged skin, treat hyperpigmentation, and reduce or remove scars. It is more superficial than ordinary dermabrasion.

Amen to that 1underarm.

And if I may add:

Eat plenty of fruits and veges.

Hydrate

Exercise (notice how much cleaner and plump you skin afterwards)

Get plenty of sleep.

Smile (relieves stress and lift those sagging skin).

Here are some tips, Don't smoke ever, use sunscreen while going outside, protect yourself from the sun while going outside, wear protective clothing and seek shad.

For the most complete sun protection:

  • Use sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. When you're outdoors, reapply sunscreen every two hours — or more often if you're swimming or perspiring.
  • Seek shade. Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest.
  • Wear protective clothing. Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats. Also consider laundry additives, which give clothing an additional layer of ultraviolet protection for a certain number of washings, or special sun-protective clothing — which is specifically designed to block ultraviolet rays

Drink a lot of water, hot tea, or herbal infusions. Your skin needs to be well hydrated to deal with the bad weather, so make sure you drink enough water even if it's cold and you don't really feel thirsty.

We all want to wake up to a glowing skin, Rezage by Yelena has skin care tips for a fresh and glowing skin to set it free from signs of ageing and wrinkles. The products are natural with anti oxidants that penetrate into the deep layers of epidermal layer for rejuvenation and flow of oxygen to free the skin from pores and toxins. The pigmentation and exfoliating scares are treated with gel-based crèmes with Vitamin A and C to revitalize the skin and make it look younger.

Use a body loofah to cleanse and exfoliate your skin with a good moisturizing body wash or cleanser. I like cleaning products as Dove or Olay, since they make me feel clean, fresh but without any greasy feeling.

For organic skin care you may want to try Magic QQ ball, a facial sponge. It is entirely made from food-grade, dietary Konjac powder with no preservatives, no coloring, and no additives. I've tried 2 (Charcoal and Cucumber) of 4 flavors. Charcoal is my favorite :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Hey, I always like to go with natural and organic products.

As they are free from side-effects.

You have mentioned great points in your post. I have always admired the effects of organic products but they are always more expensive than the others. They may not work as fast but I always feel safe because I know that there will be no side effects from it.
