i really like liquid eyeliner and my favorite drugstore ones always came from wet n wild! i tried the cover girl felt tip one and it was awful - flaked, burned my eyes, all the bad stuff. my sister uses kohl liner and she's had really good look with covergirl for that. i think she uses the basic retractable/self sharpening kind.

i know a girl who does her liner really really well and she uses the loreal hip kind in the little pot.

you can always clip some coupons and try out a bunch of different brands!

we n wild who knew guess it goes to show that the price really doesn't matter. I'm going to target today I might pick up some wet n wild brand eyeliner.

maybelline has a great gel eyeliner, but the brush that comes with it is nothing special. i am also a fan of rimmel's eye pencils.  i have a white one that i use almost on a daily basis, and a basic black that i come back to time and time again.

I'm a huge fan of Bonnebell eye liners. They are soft and easy to apply. The colour payoff is great, and they last all day. Can't beat the price either.

Oh my gosh! I've never seen anyone mention these before. I LOVE them! I have about ten ... the blues and purples are gorgeous. And the white is a perfect base for my crappy shadows that don't show.

Oh, and I need to recommend Essence eyeliners. Their colours are pretty and they last all day. Though, warning- the "STAYS NO MATTER WHAT" eyeliner- they're not kidding. It's impossible to rub off, even difficult with makeup remover, even if you apply it over something. That being said, the colours are beautiful- they only have six at the moment ... royal purple, black, dark green, nude, and brown/bronze ... can't recall the other colour. I have the brown, purple and green.

I've been debating the Essence liners. I love that brand so much. Will definitely have to try them now.

Right now my favs are Revlon Color Stay and L'Oreal Infallible Laquer Liner. I have super oily lids and water eyes. Both stay on the upper lid all day. I only wear the L'Oreal on my waterline ( I know you're not supposed to but...) when I'm wearing glasses but it lasts a very long time for me. The Color Stay lasts pretty long on the water line too, longer than anything else I've tried other than the aforementioned L'oreal Infallible.

L'Oreal Lineur Intense is the best liquid liner ever. Easy to use and does smear or flake or anything. It's perfect.

I discovered the Jordana 12-hour liners recently - they're incredibly pigmented for the price and really do last 12 hours on me!
