Just found this on the Squarehue website. I cancelled my subscription and am really disappointed by the May box (seriously, THREE pink polishes!? ugh...), but this promo looks like the next box might be pretty vibrant so maybe I'll sign up again.

The photo makes me think aqua, lemon yellow, and tangerine or maybe coral.  I'm hoping against another yellow because that's a really hard color to get right, and I think it's too soon after April's box to do another yellow because of how difficult it is to use.  Another yellow next month would make people write Square Hue off as having a crappy formula when it's really just a yellow thing.  I'm not a fan of orange (bad former employer), but it *does* seem to be their signature color, and it would definitely fit this color scheme.

Aqua/turquoise seems a given considering the color of that text box and the fact that other makeup companies have been focusing on it for the eyes, so it would be on-trend (I'm not big on trends because I live in my own little Meagan bubble and make up my own trends, but it's nice when a color I like is getting a push because then I can get lots of things in that color).  A nice saturated turquoise with subtle shimmer like dear john or yellow submarine?  Too awesome for me to believe.  I am realizing I love pretty much all shades and finishes of aqua and turquoise.  That photo also reminds me of the colors of a sunset, which would be fantastic, too.

(And South Beach color schemes seem to tend to be two deep but bright colors in the same general color family -- say, emerald and turquoise, both more or less greens -- and a contrasting bright, like raspberry, so that's where my brain is drifting for ideas.  And then there's the classic _Miami Vice_ aqua and hot pink, although I'm hoping for no pink since we just got one in May that would carry over very nicely as an unofficial fourth color almost regardless of the official three colors considering South Beach's many varied color combinations.  I definitely need to pick up some thin nail art tape for this round because I can see a lot of starbursts under navy in my future if these *are* neon colors.  Time for bed, though.  Maybe I'll come up with some better trio ideas while I sleep.  Ooh, and I could look up San Francisco Painted Ladies for some ideas tomorrow, too.  Those houses are *gorgeous*.)

I was pleasantly surprised at the different pinks and that one was such a unique shimmer. Part of me likes the fact that you get a theme until the boxes go out and no real idea of what colors you'll be getting. The other part of me want to know "right now" what the colors will be. I figure that if at least one of the colors is a winner, then it's a keeper sub. So far I've liked at least one, if not all, of the colors in each box.

Exactly. I also have a 9 year old with a polish addiction. I do not think there is a color she would not wear.

Yay, just got charged! I love seeing that go through because it means two weeks until the new collection arrives.

Photo up on Instagram! I'm in my phone, so I can't grab a link, but...

It looks like a green-gray, an aqua (like a Tiffany blue), and a coral!

I can not find it anywhere. Love Tiffany Blue! I am excited to get my box. Maybe tomorrow!

If you go Square Hue's site and at the bottom they post their most recent Instagram pics. They have two up there of June's colors.

I'm antsy to get my box now and see the colors in real life: One of the Instagram posts has a description that does not match what the photo looks like.

Thank you :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  Colors looks great. Can't wait to try them out.

Oof. Just got my box. Love them all. None of them are dupes for me, although the one on the right is a lighter version of a few different things I already have, which is to say that it's something I would buy in a heartbeat if I saw it in a store. The one in the middle has a teensy shimmer that will probably disappear on my nails, but that's okay. The one on the left is something I never realized I needed until I saw it.

Too bad I just did my nails last night and am too in love with the color (essence Sunset Paradise, from the Sun-Kissed trend edition) to change quite yet.

My box came in today and I love it. Think I'll be passing on Julep for a little bit as my budget only allows one nail polish subscription.

The Tiffany Blue reminds me of For Audrey from China Glaze but has a much better application. It may be a tad bit brighter but that is a plus in my book.  I'm in love with the coral, its so bright. This leans to more of an orange coral once on, perfect for summer.

Ocean Drive is *gorgeous*.  Even the dude at the movie theatre liked it (yesterday seemed to be my day for getting random compliments at the theatre from the young-enough-to-be-my-son guys there for some reason.  My glasses, nails, and Manhattan Furies t-shirt were all big hits).  This color is exactly up my alley and definitely my made-it-worth-my-$15 color of the month.

And then last night, I changed to Collins Avenue even though I took one look at it when I opened the box and thought, "Not for me."  It's *eye-searing*.  I like bright colors, so the Day Glo-ness of it wasn't a problem, but it's orange rather than coral to my eye, and I hate the color orange (bad former employer associations).  I decided to go ahead and use it anyway just so I knew how the formula was.  It took three coats and dried super quickly (I could only paint one nail at a time because the polish started drying on the brush halfway through the second nail).  The shimmer isn't really showing up on my nails (and I thought it would disappear, so I wasn't surprised), but, most surprisingly to me, the longer I wear it, the more I like it.  Yes, it's neon (and as a side note, it does dry on the matte side), and it's *orange* (it almost exactly matches certain parts of the Super Soaker I have to discourage a certain black kitty from climbing up the window screens), but it's really growing on me.

I haven't tried Lincoln Road yet, but I love gray polish, so I'm looking forward to that one.  It's not really a color I will want to wear on sunny days, and since I only wear SH colors during the assigned month, that would be a problem anywhere else in the country since it's June, but i live in Portland.  June is half sunny and half rainy, sometimes on the same day, so I'll probably be wearing it for a good chunk of this week since it will most likely be cloudy and cool most of this week.

Blah.  I can't edit that last post, so here's a double-post.  Something that is simultaneously annoying and awesome about Square Hue collections:  I will open the box and instantly identify what I am sure are my favorite and least favorite shades out of the collection -- but then once I actually wear them, that almost always gets reversed.  I was *sure* my favorite would be the gray because I don't have anything like it even though I love gray nail polish, but it's just kind of okay.  I normally hate all things orange, but the longer I wore this one, the more I liked it.  I was actually kind of sad when it was time to take it off to give the gray a shot.  I think it's even my stand-out shade of the box -- even more than the aqua.  I love the aqua, but it's one of my favorite colors for pretty much everything, so that wasn't a surprise or something that stands out from the rest of my collection, unlike the orange.  I have *one* other orange, and it's from essence's Sun-Kissed collection that they just released this month.  More of a tangerine, I guess, versus Square Hue's traffic cone.

Anyway.  I really want to do Ocean Drive as a base with Collins Avenue dots/drags/swirls/someting (still trying to figure out which way to go) this weekend.  That should be really interesting, although I'll have to wait until late Saturday afternoon/evening because I have to wear Julep's America glitter from last year during the day when I see _Man of Steel_.  Yes, I theme my nail polishes (and t-shirts, eyeshadow, and perfume!  Yes, my inner eight-year-old is VERY VERY EXCITED about this one even though my not-so-inner movie snob is sure it's going to *suck*, although MICHAEL SHANNON AS GENERAL ZOD!  YES, WE APPROVE!) to my movies.
