You have to do too much skin care if you want your skin glowing and don't want wrinkles on your skin. Here are some tips for skin care:

1. Water is best friend for our skin. So, drink plenty of water to get hydrated.

2. Always wear good sunscreen before 30 minutes when you go out in the sun as UV rays are very harmful for our skin.

3. Don't forget to wash your face and neck also to get clearer skin.

4. Eat more fresh fruits and green vegetables.

5. Try to avoid junk food as much as you can.

6. Just take one cup of coffee a day. It contains caffeine which is not good for our body. It causes premature aging.

These are few tips which you need to keep in mind to get flawless skin.

1. Wash your pillow cases at least twice a week

2. Use a new face towel every time you dry your face.

3. Sanitize your cell phone regularly.

4. Stop touching your face.

5. Drink tons of water.

6. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

7. Always remove your makeup before bed.

One of the most important tips I've ever known is...when you apply any cream to your lovely face, no matter what age...go upwards.

I have not long turned 40 and still look okay...younger than my younger sister anyway! LOL!

In my years of aging and picking up tips...this is the best secret I have known and I have not told many...except my lovely eldest daughter!

It works a treat and if you doubt me...then look at my profile and let me know what you think...I don't use hardly any products and love simplicity! Awesome!

Haha, wow, you def look pretty good.

Yep, I have tried doing that cream trick, and I love it!!!!

You should really try it if you think you need to, or just wanna try it for a experiment. ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Oh thanks Courtnee, I know for sure this tip has helped me, but I know there'll be those who beg to differ. That's cool too...only know what I've tried.

This has been my go to tip for about 24 years...still counting! LOL!

I agree, @@Mell L Lintern looks great! .. I have extremely dry skin and I too pack on the moisturizer. I like using natural oils such as avocado oil as a moisturizer. I drink tons of water and try to wear moisturizers and makeup that do not contain alcohol or any weird ingredients, since I have found that such products break out my skin and leave my skin painfully dry  <_< .

Thanks so much @@estefany! Have you found a good remedy for your dry skin? I'm trying to wrack my brain for a tip...still thinking but let me know what you've tried and or are trying. Oh, just remembered,

I have heard of a fantastic product made here in New Zealand and it gets heaps of excellent reviews...not sure if it's available in America yet, but there are some who have suffered like you with extremely dry skin, used this product and found it solving their problem! Amazing! :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Natural oils seem to work. I have to use natural soaps also though or else the oils won't be as effective. Shea butter is great, however it's very thick and it makes me look glossy :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> .

I love to try new products. Please tell me more about this New Zealand product :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

@@estefany,

Sure! This contains all natural and organic ingredients and is animal testing free, ( Which is awesome! )

It is a powerful remedy for Eczema, dry chapped or cracked skin and can be used from top to toe for any needed skin repair...sounds awesome doesn't it! ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> It's made here in good ol' N.Z but a little pricey.

It's called Rhino repair by Oasis beauty, I have tried it and it does what it says. I was starting to get a couple of dry patch area's on my face and tried this...haven't had them back as yet and that was a couple of months ago!

So cool!

I hope this helps!

I agree with all of the above. I think the products that made the biggest difference to me were facial oils and glycolic acid products. I rave about them both on my blog because I think nothing beats them!

Chemical peels are amazing. I have two big bottles of it and keep forgetting to do them. I just hate being flakey for the next few days. But the results make it worth it in the long run.

Changing your pillow case every other day will help a bunch too. Your face sits on it for hours which means all the oil and dirt goes onto the case! People don't realize how much they touch their face. All those germs, dirt and oil all goes onto your face then. Always moisturize your neck and chest, you don't want to prevent wrinkles on your face and then have a wrinkley neck and chest. Take care of them! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
