OK so I have a question about eating an alkaline diet. This should help the blood pH level to stay in balance without as much effort. This is supposed to help our bodies do certain things in a more effective manner, which could lead to additional benefits later on (more energy, feeling healthier, better immune system etc.).

Apparently it means that you do not eliminate acidic foods from our diet altogether. It means that you shift the balance from an acidic diet to a more alkaline diet.

I have looked at the highly acidic charts that you can find online and it contains things like artificial sweeteners and white pasta, breads, beef, etc. It sounds like that is quite a lot to give up. If you look at the highly alkaline foods and see like sea salt, seaweed, pineapple, watermelon, it just seems like a diet that would be a big difference for me.

My question to you is whether any of you have tried adhering to an alkaline diet before. Have you found that it works for you? Did you really have more energy? And how easy (or difficult) was it for you to stick to it? Any feedback is always appreciated.
