Well, I start my day with two glasses of warm water. Then, I go for a morning walk daily. I always start my refreshment either with some fruit or a cup of green tea. I always avoid junk and oily food. I prefer to take salads, fruits, oats in my breakfast. So, in this way, the morning should be refreshing and start in a proper way, so that you can lead your day ahead happily.

 
Im a beautyblogger meaning I test out things constantly, but I have a couple favorite products. I have dry-sensitive skin btw.

- Origins Night A Mins : The best nightcream ever.. Can't even praise this enough. Makes my skin glow the morning after.

- Biotherm Aquasource (the pink one) daycream - Geltype of moisturizer that I've used for the last 5 years or so. Holy grail moisturizer. Moisturizes so well but don't leave a sticky feeling/residue. So you can apply makeup right after.

- Laneige Water sleeping pack - Put this on instead of my night cream two times a week. It's a moisture and nutrition mask that have given me some great results!

For my skincare routine I always use these steps
- cleansing oil

- cleanser
- toner

- ampoule (only night time)

- serum (only night time)
- eye cream
- moisturizer/night cream/sleeping mask

I use Posh Best Face Forever at night before bed, followed by a light moisturizer, then in the morning I just rinse with warm water. 

I do a face mask once a week, The Stripper from Posh as well. 

 
  • drink enough water...

daily care with aloe vera...
apply lemon juice on face twice a week...
wash my face 2-3 times a day and post going bed...

The best skin care routine we have to adopt on the daily basis is the proper cleaning and maintenance of skin. The first thing we noticed in our skin is dryness so moisturizing is very necessary for our skin. The the basic process that very necessary for our skin is cleansing, moisturizing and nighttime treatment.  

 
My personal skin care regime includes cleansing, exfoliation and applying moisturizer/ sunscreen.Beside this daily exercise, a well balanced diet and consumption of plenty water is also there in my skin care regime.

I agree... plenty of water really help.

Here is exact quantity of water.

3 liters/day for men and 2.2 liters/day for women.
