Super late June 6, 2014!: What are your go-to summer activities?

What are your go-to summer activities?

Sorry for the super late question, guys!  I was doing two of my favorite summer activities- going to the movies and laying out on the beach!

Haha, mine would be...

Going outside on my lawn and lying in the sun with my babies (doggies),

And, maybe, if I could (hardly ever do but) go to the beach and play with the sand and freezing water. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Ooh I love going and sitting on my porch (the closest thing I have to a lawn!)- sometimes I'll even get my Eno hammock out and just read a book on the back porch, or watch my rooftop garden grow.  Love it.

Ohh, that sounds so relaxing and just, really lazy (good lazy BTW lol),

With kids we do the normal "kid" entertainment activities like movies, park and library on a more frequent basis. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> The things that we do that are restricted to the summer months are swimming and the water park! I think my hubby also wants to try to go to the lake or camping this summer, but we shall see. The biggest problem is making sure no one gets slayed by the heat, so outdoor activities are planned around the peak hot times!

And of course, summer means free time for road trips! I always love taking a summer trip. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Love getting together with my friends and BBQing and drinking beer! We love to go on float trips with a big group, it's a lot of fun! We also like to go to this place and try new beer! Ok that sounds like I drink a lot but I don't. lol

Staying indoors and hiding from the evil radiation ball!  I watch a *lot* of movies in the summer.

I'm a day late, but I love to go play Frisbee Golf/Disc Golf/Frolf whatever you want to call it. I haven't gone at all yet this year /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
