I just need some advice from everyone!
I applied to Sephora through my local malls website back in July (there is a new Sephora opening in October).
The applications closed at the end of July through the malls website - but I sent an application to the HR on the Sephora website as well.
I waited about 1-2 weeks after each application before sending a follow-up e-mail asking about the process of my application.
(The new store has no phone number yet)
I called the mall, and they said that they have been interviewing - they should be opening around the second week of October.
I really want to work there and I feel like I have written a great cover letter and have a strong resume.
Advice? What should I do? Should I wait until the store opens? I don't think the mall has access to the recruiters number or anything...
