2 caps of glycerin.
3 caps of water.
1  empty bottle.
 
Eye shadow:
Coastal Scents Palette 120 two.
Coastal Scents eye shadow glitter in color Starburst.
 
Eyeliners. 
Top Lids, L'oreal the infallible black-buster in color Black.
Bottom Lids, Rimmel Scandal eyes gel liner in color Black.
 
Lashes:
L'oreal Butterfly effect mascara in color jet black.
3D Fiber Lashes By Youniuqe.
