So we all know about the Lorac Mega Pro palette by now and how it was super limited quantity and what not. Well, I Googled it just now to see if Amazon had magically gotten any and I stumbled upon this:

FAKES! Already!
Usually it takes China a little time to catch up with the most sought-after palettes but this time they were on it! I sincerely hope that know unsuspecting (or worse: suspecting) person buys one of these thinking that it is real. China is not required to regulate the ingredients that go into their cosmetics so God only knows what you are getting!
This one is obviously fake because the original paletteis was $59 and this one is being sold for $18. I just hope that they do not start to pop up on Ebay with the $90+ pricetag on them (if they haven't already).
I haven't seen any videos on how to compare the real and fake ones to each other. Part of me wants to buy one of these to do a comparison. I would promptly throw away the counterfeit after probing it for differences but at the same time I don't want to pay these scam artists because then they win.
Long story summarized: Don't buy any high(er) end makeup that is at heavily discounted price because it is more than likely a fake. Unless of course it's on a trusted website that has a good rep (i.e. Sephora, Ulta and in this case Lorac's website)
