I have naturally dark brown hair with remanents of a reddish hue from when I had (professional) low-lights (about 3 or 4 ) years ago.

Are there any (specific) shampoos that will add a SUBTLE hint of red (just to bring out what's already there) without turning it orange or pink?? (something very mild/gentle )

The lowlights I had several years ago were very dark cranberry red, and blend really nicely with my natural hair color.  I just wanted to gently 'refresh' the subtle red that's already there... Nothing drastic!

Can anyone recommend a specific shampoo for this?

 * I do not use any products containing sulfates, chlorides or parabens.

Pureology is a great brand for color treated hair. It's sulfate free. They have red color support shampoo (Reviving Red) and conditioner as well. I haven't tried it myself since I don't have red hair but I've used the brand before and it was great. L'Oreal has a line that is sulfate free as well for colored hair. Have you checked Sally's (Sally beauty)? They usually have great shampoos that are salon quality but low prices. I've bought shampoos and conditioners from there before. I just checked online and looks like they have a red hair shampoo. Here is the link
