Heyy

Having a crisis. Every day I use a max factor primer then a mix of white foundation and a max factor serum foundation on my face applied with a beauty blender dupe... Its been okay for ages but this past week there's so much patchiness. It driving me crazy, hate my face enough but this coupled with a few other things drove me to tears... Did it 3 times and this is the best I could get. What could be going wrong? I don't whack on much primer, I let it soak in... But my makeup just slides around on my face then of course goes patchy. . When I use foundation without mixing it does the same... Argh! So embarrassing today! Hope someone can help... Attaching images... Sorry for the face and crimes to rushed makeup and my poor uncontoured nose!

I am guessing you're moisturizing... And that you're using a moisturizer made for your skin's pH...?

Ok, right now the weather is transitioning from winter to spring, and that will wreck havoc on your skin. That's one thing to consider. Another thing to consider is drinking more water is beneficial.

Also, it seems that your foundations are incompatible with each other, as in one is a serum and the other is not. That in combination with your skin changing due to the weather, this will create patchiness, as your skins' pH level is balancing itself out.

Also it's very important to clean your make-up off your face every night, as this will help in your skins' pH level to balance out. a night creme will definitely help here.

The solution is to moisturize and prime as usual, but use only one foundation formula, and lightly powder as usual... And I mean lightly!

This should help.

Remember, it takes your's and everyone else's skin's pH level about 7 days to balance and normalize itself. So be patient.

HTH! Good luck! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
