I cut most of my hair off in January and haven't regretted anything as much as that. I liked it at first but miss my long hair. I'm doing all I know of to grow it faster, but does anyone have any tips? Thanks!

My hair dresser said that biotin should help a lot but you have to take for a while for it to work. I tried it for 2 weeks and stopped after because I can't seem to remember to take vitamins every day. :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20">

I don't think there is a way to make hair grow faster. Hair grows at average rate of half inch per month. However, eating healthy diet, and taking suplements to compensate for any nutrients lacking in your diet help to ensure that your newly grown hair is healthy and strong

One of the most popular tricks to promote faster hair growth. Just flip your hair upside down by flipping your head over for two to four minutes daily. It is believed to work by improving circulation.

eat healthy and use natural healthy products like coconut oil, Aloe Vera, olive oil etc.. to to make your hair strong, shiny and grow long.

Hello!

Patience is unfortunatly the best trick, I've been through this too a few years ago!  But some cares can definatly help you.

I also heard about the "Inversion method" consisting in having your head backward for 5 minutes everyday to improve blood circulation. I didn't try it neither though, but according to my hair dresser, blood circulation counts : what you can also do to improve it is carefully massaging your scalp for a few minutes often, like when you apply your shampoo or conditioner.

By experience, I can also tell you that a tiny trim every three month helps also (really tiny, the minimum your hair dresser can cut!).

Drinking a lot of water also helps, I can testify that.

Products wise, I heard about the Hait Growth Serum by Grow Gorgeous and saw quiet a lot of positive reviews about it, appearently it obviously helps hair growth in three month.

Then, if you don't have the patience but still would like to go for long hair styles, you can get some clip extensions, if your hair is not too short it looks absolutly natural and helps to bear the waiting. I used to wear it when I had short hair and I loved it!

Getting your hair cut doesn't make it grow faster, but without the split ends you will notice more growth.Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish.

Try some natural treatment using oil massage, onion water, take some protein on your food and avoid using heat tools for hair ! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

If you really want to get good hair growth, I will suggest you trying toppik products and if you are not convinced just take a look at toppik reviews. I am sure you will change your mind. My sister got her hair back thanks to this product!

First thing you need to know is reason.

If there is a particular reason (nutritional deficiency, any disease, damage by any product or any other reason. ) then you should directly focus on curing or eliminating the reason for deteriorated hair growth.

If you are not able to find the reason then improving circulation can help to grow hair faster and upto certain extent new hair development.

Circulation can be improved by gentle massage with mild oil or tonics. while extreme or vigorous massage may damage hair base.

In short gentle massage of scalp with finger tips helps to grow hair faster however you should have patience to see the effect.

If you want more tips on how to make your hair grow faster, try warm oil scalp massage.

The best way to achieve faster hair growth is eating lots of protein, like eggs, spinach, nuts and fish. Stay away from sugars, like soda, candy and fast foods since these stunt your hair growth and leaves hair dull and shine-less. Another great way is to massage your scalp for 15 minutes, twice a day. I do this while I shower and as I brush. By doing this, you help improve your hair circulation in your hair follicles, which leads to faster hair growth and shinier hair. If longer, shiny, fast growing hair gives you a reason to have a healthier diet, I consider it a win-win for your outside, as well as your inside. I also like to use pure argan oil as a hair treatment, once a week. Argan oil helps hydrate and bring shine to your hair, the healthier it is, the faster the hair growth. Make sure you use 100% argan, since there are so many brands out there that just mix it with other ingredients to cut costs. I suggest EVAO (extra virgin argan oil) by ISA Professional, it's a great price and works great for my hair and skin.
