Correct order of products

Hello girls! Lately i've been paying more attention to my skin care routine and integrating more steps to take better care of my skin.I just am confused as to what the correct order of the products should be.In the morning, after washing my face i use the following.

Avene Mat on my T-zone (mattyfing lotion)

Sebium Mat Pore refiner on my whole face (primer)

Galenic Nectlays emulsion on my whole face (moisturizer)

Avene thermal spring water spray

Foundation and rest of the makeup

I'm just wondering should i apply the moisturizer before the primer or after?The toner after or before the primer?
