Hi all!
I've had my hair dyed purple/pink for the past 12 years or so, and for the first time I am wanting to go with a teal color. I'll be using "Fish Bowl" by Special Effects, and I would love to find a matte eyeshadow or pigment that will match the color well, so that I can use it to fill in my brows!
Fish Bowl looks about like this:

If you have any recommendations, please let me know!! I don't care what company it is or anything, just as long as it's matte and quite close to this dye color
