Help meee!

I'm in my second month of my first year of A-Levels, and I don't hate it but it's not what I want to be doing for the next two years. I want to go into make up, so quit Sixth Form and go to college, firstly to do my Level 2 Beauty Therapy, then Level 3 Make Up Artistry. I love make up and it's the only thing that really interests me enough to go into a career of it, but what if I go and it's not for me? I'l have left Sixth Form for nothing and come out with no qualifications. I know I'll love learning and practising make up but I'm one of those people who can't live without a back-up plan.

So one option could be finish my A-Levels then go to college for another couple of years, but that would cost me money and I'm not enjoying Sixth Form, plus my mum is discouraging the idea of going to college. I'm really confused, I know I want to go into make up in the future but what are my best options?

Please tell me what I should do!

Looks like this institution (as most institutions) have a prerequisite from entry level to the next level and so-on, and that you need to pass the previous level to qualify for the next level.

If you really love make-up like you say, then stick with it.

You will never know if you like it or not until you are really into the program. (you're only 2 months in, into a 1 year program) at least give yourself 3-6 months to really find out if you love it or not.

Another option is to go into a dedicated make-up school and make a go of it from there.

There are a lot of pros and cons to weigh here. Pick what's right and feels right for you and you alone.

Hope this makes sense and is not too confusing... (As I am prepping for a show and answering this post is a break for me...)
