RECEPTIONISTS:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for receptionists at a long running pioneering experiential marketing event in a unique venue in Central London.

We’re looking for on brand receptionists who are outgoing, bubbly and dynamic. You will be working for a high-end beauty brand ensuring that every single customer is well looked after and is left feeling truly special.

The job itself will run from the 1st of April until the 31st of August in Central London and we are looking for the right personalities to ensure that the experience truly is unique.

Pre-requisites: You must be IT literate with experience using all programs across Microsoft Office. You must be able to communicate precisely and your English must be impeccable. You will need to be fashionable and well presented.

Roles & Responsibilities: Greeting arriving guests, delivering first class customer service as well as key messages, answering all telephone and email enquiries, offering appropriate seating arrangements, take bookings, assisting with reservations and organising reception area.

This role is Full Time only and will require availability from Monday-Sunday. Rate of pay will be highly competitive! You will be expected to work a minimum of 32.5 hours per week. You will be placed on a shift pattern between 11AM – 17:30PM or 17:30PM – 23:00PM.  However, you should have flexibility.

You must also be available on the 29th, 30th & 31st of March 2016 for a full training session.
