I'am trying to keep track of my calories / what I eat you guys can join in too and write down yours if ya want to, lately I have been eating junk food / fast food and restaurant food so I wanted to see how many calories I eat in a day its not to lose weight I just wanna be healthier in my food choices overall.

Breakfast - oatmeal apple and cinna flavor - calories 160

Coke  - 200 calories

Lunch - Bonefish Half of a Cheeseburger with cheddar, mushrooms, lettuce , tomato , red onion, mayo or bang bang sauce on it dont know only ate half of it around , fries didnt eat the entire thing of fries , slice of key lime pie didnt like didnt eat entire thing  but 907 calories for key lime pie  - calories for fries 307, and  for the burger 1,025 calories maybe a little less since didnt eat whole thing

and bang bang shrimp calories - 841 calories

Dinner - Slice of honey baked ham , Green beans with noodles , some pineapple

Snacks - Hawaiian Martini at Bonefish I also ate the orchid flower in the martini its edible- calories have no idea

Granola bar girl scout caramel coconut 100 calories

Diet soda - no calories

Breakfast - egg mcmuffin no ham I dont eat the ham just egg , cheese and mcmuffin

Coke

Lunch - Soft tacos with shrimp , Sour cream , lettuce , tomatoes, Diet coke , Mini bag of cool ranch doritos 

Snack- 1 macadameia nut cookie , Diet Coke

I think that this is a very good idea, good luck with it all! I am glad some people are seeing how it is not the calorie intake you should worry about, more of what you actually eat itself.

 
Yeah, I didnt have time to eat dinner last night I worked late.But I used to eat lots of snacks so I did cut back on those.I have a medical condition so I have to eat certain foods and stuff like that during the day.

Breakfast - Medium frappaccino with caramel and whip cream , Coke 

Lunch- Black bean burger wrap never had black bean burger before ddint know why I tried it I guess I thought it was a healthy option but I didnt like it so I didnt eat much of it the wrap had cheddar cheese , lettuce , tomato , and ranch on it , Diet Coke , mini bag of kettle cooked potato chips , Macadamia nut white chocolate chip cookie , Some candy 

Dinner - some chicken nuggets , nibbled on a bacon cheeseburger but threw out most of it I ate the american cheese and some bread off of it I'am a picky eater I pick at food lol I ate some fries too

Diet coke

Snack - Some french onion dip with potato chips 

As you can see I dont really eat whole meals I tend to snack and just eat snacks in place of meals.

Breakfast - Eggo waffle mini cinnamon waffles with syrup and some butter probably margarine

Pepsi didnt drink whole bottle  

Lunch - Sargento cheddar , cashews and cranberrys made with fruit juice snack pack minis, pack of crackers Whole grain cheddar 

Diet Coke 

Snacks - some tostitos chips the yellow bag ones with small cup of regular cheese dip

Diet Coke

Dinner -  Some stuffing didnt really eat much of it had a small portion , rice with a mushroom sauce this was birds eye so it was probably healthy didnt eat whole thing though , Diet Coke , a few potstickers organic fried ones from wegmans with some soy sauce.
