Some times it is just too difficult and boring to follow a diet, and most of us quit before reaching our goals, that´s why I dont think follow a diet is the solution for everybody, because I don´t think lossing weight should be that complicated, a lot of people out there are skiny without even think about it or make any effort to mantain their weight
