Did anyone see the Zpalette controversy happening on IG on Trendmood's post about the new depotter product by Zpalette? Some of the comments from Zpalette to the users on IG were really rude. I was shocked to read some of them. Here is a link to the post. Thoughts?

Edited to add: Here are some screenshots. I'm not a fan of posting screenshots especially with so much drama and bullying happening online which is why I don't usually post stuff like that. In this case though I was so shocked by some of the comments made by Zpalette to some of the users on IG. I'm trying to figure out why a company would engage like this instead of just reading the feedback and letting it go.

That's so insane, my first instinct is that they were hacked but the 'statement' they posted doesn't do them any favors. I'm not one of those people who would say I'm never buying from them again because I haven't bought from them in 5 years. As a brand that's carried by major retailers like Sephora and Ulta, Zpalette should really know better, there's no excuse for that behavior, especially online where everything is saved forever.

This is appalling! Had they issued a sincere apology I would consider continuing to spend my money on their products. I'll just take my money elsewhere from now on.
