What's the difference between a crease and blending brush?

Ok, I hope this doesn't make me look stupid. lol. But I know the crease brush is for the crease in the eye area, but isn't most blending usually done in that area? I'm not quite sure why I would need a separate one. Is the crease brush just to apply the eyeshadow onto the crease, not to blend it? But couldn't I achieve the crease with a regular e/s brush by using the edge?

 
Blending is an all over the eye thing... You use it to blend lid colors, crease colors, and above the crease and the browbone.

A crease brush is more firm and used for applying color in the crease, it is usually a round ferruled brush with a pointed tip.

 
which brushes are you talking about? are they from a certain brand or anything?

 
It is really nice to have a crease brush and a blending brush. I think I use my crease brush more often than my blending brush. Sometimes I'll just apply my shadows with a blending brush rather than using a regular eye shadow shader brush.
