I believe they do ship internationally! Etsy is like a combined website of different sellers from different businesses. So yes it is like ebay. The only difference is they sell things they make themselves, so its all handcrafted one of a kind items. Different sellers vary on shipping but their really easy to get a hold of! And they are usually very nice at answering questions. You can simply type in for example "earrings" and a bajillion earrings list up all handcrafted. And they let you know how many they have left! Sometimes your the only one who has em!
