hello everyone...i did as everyone here suggested..waited few seconds to open me eyes and it worked fine..thanks very much

now my problem is the foiling of e/s...i.e doing one shade dry all over the eye and using another shade wet/foiling on half of the lid upto the crease...i get same problem with this...and i even did the waiting for it to be dry thing..but it still smeared alittle
