Get samples of all three and try them!

As a rule, FF is for dry skin, VV is for oily, and Luminesse gives the sheerest coverage. Don't know if that helps any.

Also, Lumi shades run light in general. But, Luminesse runs a bit dark in Lumiere, so if you were, say, a mediium-deep golden in Luminesse, you'd probably be a deep golden in VV or FF.
