The thing that will really make a color stand out, for instance your blue eyes, you really want to use the color that is opposite from blue on the color wheel. So a color with some orange may do the trick. Maybe a rusty brown. I know, brown is what you already have. But if it works then use it. See what you get compliments on. I know I am always trying new things and then I go back to my regular shades cuz they just work for me. Now if I am wearing a specific color for the day, lets say lavender, then sure I will go for the lavender shades on my eyes and that is really fun. So if you wear turquoise for the day then do up your eyes with tourquoise. But if I really want to look my best then I stick with my colors that really do me justice, but if I am out for fun then I will just go all silly with the colors. This is our perogative(not sure how to spell that) when we are chicks!!! We can just go bare or go colorful....whatever we want for however we feel.
