Yeah, they are from MAC, they have this loose eyeshadow powder known as pigment and some people find it messy to use them and so people self pressed them to make the pigment application less messy. They are mixed with rubbing alcohol, let it dried and get pressed, the pigmentation stays the same and works like eyeshadow pan. They are not tends to crumbled easily because the alcohol actually hold the pigments pretty well. You just pop them in your MAC palette or Quad and you are good to go!
