I definately re-heel and sole - it's pretty much a given bearing in mind how many stilettos I have, and we all know how long THEY last
I find that I get a lot of scratches, especially on the heels themselves - the leather gets damaged there. I feel that I do take care of my shoes but some of them are in shocking condition and it's like, how did that happen?
