I am a shoe junkie, and I look after all my shoes very well. I store them in those clear shoe boxes, polish them on a regular basis (if they need it) and I always replace the taps in my stilletos, which is often, you ladies will all know how easily they can get ruined!
Rosie, I have the same problem, I've no idea how all those scratches get on the backs of the heels, it's quite upsetting actually, it really ruins the look of your shoes
