I replace all tips of the heels and get them shinned... I dont wear my heels while driving cause I have noticed that the position of your right foot will wear down on the back of the shoe...
for my suede shoes they get cleaned once a year normally in sept or october before it gets cold.
most of my shoes are still in there original boxes with tops
I take old socks and fill them in my boots to reduce the signs of creasing
