I placed an order at Taylor Made back at the end of February and it was supposed to have been shipped on March 5th. Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but that was also the date that they amended their International Shipping rules to make the buyer responsible for any undelivered items. They've also been unable to send me any confirmation of shipping because their scanner has been broken. Needless to say it is now the middle of April and I've seen no sign of my package and they are no longer responding to my emails.
I don't want to file a PayPal claim until I am absolutely certain I will not be getting my package so I was wondering if anyone had had any experience with their shipping, particularly to Canada. Did the parcel remain at customs for an unusually long time or anything of that nature? I know many people have had great experiences with this company which is why I'm not going to assume that I've been scammed.
