I've made several orders prior to the new shipping change and recieved my orders no problem. Then right after the new shipping policy came into play, I placed an order of foundation samples. I never received them, followed up once but was told that they were on their way. Because of the small $ order, I couldn't be bothered. Haven't ordered since.

I hope you get your order. Depending on the size of order, it may be held up at customs. However I would be angry about no responses to my emails. Hope it all works out for you.
