I looked this up online and there is quite a bit of info saying that this is a
spam email that is going around and it is not true.
I have heard from a few friends that the bad thing about ordering from ELF online is that they seem to be out of stock on a lot of things so you never know what you're going to get. They don't backorder anything - they just credit you for what they don't have and send your order incomplete. There is no notification if you're not going to get something you ordered. I know of one person who's tried to order a certain blush about 3 times or so and hasn't received it yet.
