Me being from Austria..I thought I was gonna post it first lol. It was the talk of the day of course and itīs disgusting and shocking.
Can you imagine the life of the poor children that were forced to live in that basement with their mother? They were born there and are now 19, 18 and 5 years old....and have never seen the world outside, never been out to play etc.
All they had for entertainment was a TV, and their mother tought them how to speak. I can only imagine they must be screwed up for life. And their names (and last name) have been published in the news, as well as the exact address!!!!!
Also pictures of the children that the grandparents raised have been published (with the black bar over the eyes, but still), along with their names.
Anyone involved can now only change their names and move far away from this city, and probably get lifelong psychotherapy. Even the children who seemed to have a normal life, living with their grandmother and "grandfather"...they are a product of incest. SICK!
Regarding the last part of the article, about Natascha Kampusch:
This case has been allover the news again lately, most people believe the guy who held her hostage for so many years had people helping him, and there were people who covered everything up. Also there have been many obscure mistakes during the investigation of the police, so it might turn out she could have been found much much earlier, and the police (also some politicians might be involved) are the oneīs to blame she wasnīt rescued earlier.
The poor girl stated that sheīs thinking about leaving the country cause she doesnīt get her peace, people think they have the "right" to know in detail what happened to her. Some stupid newspaper printed a comment of her that said she voluntarily ended up having
sex with this man and even got pregnant by him...but that comment was from some private police do***ents are never should have became public interest.
It really makes me sick how the media publishes every single detail of these stories. And the victims who already had it hard enough are hurt even more by that.
