No its all about the floors. You can go up a floor, but you can't go down. The whole joke which i like is that women are very, very picky about guys and always want something better than what they have. Eventually they find out they're too picky and miss out because the perfect guy doesn't exist. I'll buy that that argument.

I think this is a great joke. But Darla, I think men are a little picky as well. They don't seem to know - or care - that they have something good until they let her slip away.
