I have, while looking for the best videos of yoga, found a couple that were Bikram Yoga. I agree with what McRubel says, yoga isnt easy, i started doing yoga 2 months ago, and it has helped me develop muscle on my legs arms as well as my tummy, of couse i do other excersices that help as well but Yoga trains your muscles and challenges them like no other work outs, it gives you a lot of stamina and muscle tone.
Sounds to me like these people are losing water weight though, by dehydration, but once they drink water they could recover the weight, Yoga will make you lose weight but you dont
have to get into a sauna like room to be able to shed some pounds
