What brands of salmon concealer have you used? I have very difficult to cover under eyes, and am having great success with salmon concealers instead of yellow. I just picked up a new concealer that I am going to try out today. If you see
my picture in the regular makeup forum you will see that layering salmon with neutral had good success(I used L'Oréal), though my only disappointment was that it didn't last all day. I get longer wear with stick versus liquid. You may need to mix colors if you are having that much trouble.
