I would seriously e-mail her to ask about the status of your order if you are concerned about it. I don't know if you are a first time customer of hers or not, but she is an extremely kind and helpful person and I'm sure will be glad to fill you in on the status of your order. I think she may have posted something on the message board of the website about running a little more than 7 days behind; not totally sure about that. I just always know it is worth the wait when I order her colors because they are really, really nice. Try to hang in there and like I said, e-mail her to find out about your order since I know she will help you out.
**And, as carmonious mentioned above, it is seven to ten business days which does not count in weekend days. She has been extremely busy with the sale she just had and her limited edition charity duo after that, so that is why she's running further behind than usual. She has even delayed the release of new lip and eye colors for a few weeks until she gets caught up with orders from the sale. HTH!
