The title sounds like VS is suing to stop other people from using the word "Sexy" in their product lines...
But the article makes it sound like VS is just going to court in order to try to be able to continue selling their "So Sexy" hair products because Sexy Hair Concepts had already trademarked (or applied for a trademark) the name.
