I have to say, over the years I've seen some pretty shocking outfits.
Sure, celebrities like Bjork, Mischa Barton and so on all look horrendous more often than not, sometimes they're dressed in what I would call 'Edgy' style - in attempt to gain more attention! Hello, phoebe price anyone?
anyway, what about regular, on the street people? what is the worst you've ever seen?
The worst for me, was possibly a bag. It was a black velvet bag - a long shoulder strap and a simple flap opening. Not too bad.
The outside of it however, was decorated with plastic playing cards. Bad enough! but these playing cards were outlined with thin feather boa, in slime green, mustard yellow and brown. THEN, the rest of the bag was decorated with huge rhinestone gems, in matching colours.
