so I know you posted this a few months ago, but if you're looking for a shimmery AWESOME eye pigment, check out facefront cosmetics!! I JUST got a shipment from them for the first time the other day and I am soooo blown away!! I've never really used pigments before, but they have this primer that helps everything stick, and they're colors are incredible!
I got bold gold, shock tart, butter me up, and meramint, and locked in lilac, and then they even sent me a free sample of red hot!!! ahhhh soo good!!!
They were kind of expensive, $10 each, but totally worth it.

What I did was used the primer and some cream shadow before applying the pigments.
