I'm not at all trying to get involved here, but I just want to say that i bought from Melissa in the past, and she's great at sending her items out pretty fast. She has a lot of positive feedback here too...
If you click on her profile you can see that see hasn't logged on since June 16. So she's not really avoiding your messages. It makes me think she's going through some kind of tough time... because she has in the past. i'm sure when she comes back she will clear things up, and ship you your items.
I know it is frustrating though, when you pay for something you want to get it ASAP...and then you don't get it in a timely matter. That sucks. I'd try to give her the benefit of the doubt here.
