FIT LITE - 24hr fitness
So my mom and I just enrolled here and it looks like a great workout place because instead of just like working out for 30mins on one machine they have 24 stations excluding the warm up machines. SO I guess you spend a certain amount of time on one and then a bell or a sound rings then it's time to switch. I am not too sure how the whole process works, because we haven't had our first work out yet with the trainer, but I will update to let you know how we do!
If there are any FIT LITE members here, I would really like to know about the club and you experiences!
