I am in my Mid 40s and Male, I used to have terrible Acne as a Teen and up into my late 20s and I still get them on my face now occasionally. I still get bad acne on my shoulders and my upper back. When wearing sleeveless tops I put makeup on my shoulders to hide it and the scaring.
I am still very self conscious about it.
