Grade I Acne - Minor breakouts, mostly blackheads and a few blemishes.
Grade II Acne - Many blackheads, and some blemishes.
Grade III Acne - Red and inflamed, many blemishes.
Grade IV Acne -

Yes when i was in HS. College less so.

No not really, not an issue now but wasn't really the case when i was younger too
