I've never heard of that primer before.

I do get creasy with UDPP by a long day, like... long day. And sometimes it doesn't budge at all, even when I sleep in it.
To me - I just affiliate UDPP as a primer and not a base. Primers are used for the product to adhere. Base colors are to make products "pop" in colors. I'm not sure if those are the correct terms for them, but that's how I always thought of it... so I'm not surprised I see many people complain that UDPP doesn't make their shadow's "pop" in color. So if it's not doing it's join in eliminating creasing... it could be not enough product or too much of it.
