Rosie, I think when they are talking about 2 cups of pumkin, they mean chop up enough pumpkin that would fill a 2 cup container. If you have like a measuring cup, like a pyrex one with the measurements on the outside, fill it up to the 2 cup line. I spose you could used it canned, though fresh pumpkin would probably be nicer!

As far as the banana bread goes, what about getting a banana friand recipe? Friands always have those bits on the top of them. Just an idea?
