I just logged in as you, opened a new thread for you...and it works fine. I didn't change anything. You can see
that here. As you can see it's in the Ebay Market forums.
When you were in there, did you try to open a new thread by clicking on "New thread" button? The reason you saw that first message was there was no open threads in that forum.
