I want to go for a softer look on my eyes, so I figure where I'm applying my liner might not only be wrong, but may make it look even more harsh?
What do you do, and where do you apply to get that "smudged to be softer" look? |
You aren't doing anything "wrong" but you are just using a different method to line your eyes... If you want a much softer look try lining underneath your lashes instead of above them, and gently smudge the liner.
